  • Prepare detailed statements of condition and inventories with hundreds of high quality photographs
  • Check tenants into their new home
  • Protect and register deposits
  • Diligently manage the collection of rents and deal promptly with any difficulties
  • Operate a systematic inspection process of sitting tenancies to ensure that the property remains in good condition. The inspection schedule is designed to minimise intrusion to the tenant so that obviously house-proud and careful tenants see very little of us
  • Extend the fixed terms of ongoing tenancies for periods of anything from 6 to 18 months thus helping landlords and tenants feel secure in their relationship
  • Negotiate rent increases on sitting tenancies
  • Check tenants out and deal with the costs of any end of tenancy dilapidations
